How are Your Services different from contractors I can hire directly online?

Our staff work in a professional office with all the necessary equipment and experienced supervision. You can be assured they are actually “there” and working on your business, not juggling multiple clients from their “home office.” We will also be there to support your virtual assistant in any aspect of their work for you. Your VA will also have the full support of our HR and IT team. You can be assured they are well paid, paid on time, and all statutory payments are being made!

How can a virtual assistant help me?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there are no contracts between a client and e-Precision. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service as you please. If it’s not working out for you and your business, you can cancel anytime, but please make sure to inform us one month in advance.

How do you keep my information secure?

We recommend that you develop trust with your VA incrementally over time before sharing any delicate information (e.g., copies of passports or credit card statements, etc.). We also suggest that you present your VA with a Confidentiality/Privacy Agreement for security measures. As far as digital security is concerned, we adhere to all standard protocols.

Is it possible for my VA to work during my preferred hours/time zone?

Yes, we can find virtual assistants who are willing to work according to the schedule you have specified.

Can I change my VA if I’m not happy with him/her?

We completely understand if you choose not to continue working with your current virtual assistant. We will recommend another candidate or let you select three more candidates to meet with, free of charge. However, it is very rare that this situation arises.

How long does your process take, from start to finish?

The average recruitment process takes 7 to 14 days, but it may take longer depending on the experience level you need, our current pool of candidates, and how quickly we receive important information back from you (e.g., your Job Description). Generally, we send 3 resumes to candidates and they pick two for interview, although sometimes prospects just trust our Sales & Account Manager’s judgement.

What is your policy regarding holidays?

We usually mirror Local or other Client’s Public Holiday schedules. If the VA is required to work on a Local Rest Day or Locked in day, then the client is expected to compensate with double the day rate. This can be discussed and decided before commencement. Holiday policies obviously differ depending on the country and client company. Our objective is to always match your holiday policies whenever possible.

Do you provide part time VAs?

Our virtual assistants can complete a minimum of 80 hours of work per month, though this will vary depending on the type of support services you need. We prefer that our VAs be hired full time, as this usually results in the best working relationship and value for money. You’ll quickly fill up their 40-hour work week!

Will the VA be provided with a computer, phone etc.?

The VA will have a comprehensive IT infrastructure. Please also let us know of any extra requirements (for example, programs) so that we can install them for you and your VA before the start date.

How do you select and train your staff?

In addition to advertising locally, we mostly hire staff through networking. This way, we are able to hire staff that we are already familiar with and trust. We have discovered that this creates a higher level of loyalty and dedication from employees, leading to improved service for our clients and decreased staff turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Our goal is to provide our staff with a long term and gratifying ‘career,’ not a fleeting “job.”

Will you recruit specifically to fill our requirements? Or do you have a team of staff already in place?

Our primary concern is linking the correct clients with the appropriate staff to create a beneficial situation for all parties involved and a content working atmosphere. We typically recruit with the aim of fulfilling your needs. For more widespread VA roles, we typically have staff on standby ready to begin work.

I have never worked with a Virtual Assistant before!

You need not worry. We not only train your virtual assistant, but we also train you! I am unaware of any other outsourcing service that does THAT! We will demonstrate how you can get the best out of your virtual assistant and provide you with advice on the best ways to maximize the benefits of our services.

What kind of clients do you have?

Our clientele is wide and diverse, but they mostly consist of small to medium business owners who are short on time and cannot afford a support team locally. The majority are from the US, Canada, and Australia, but we have others from all corners of the globe.

I Don’t Know if a Virtual Assistant will Really Help Me and My Business?

We understand. Many of our clients feel that way at first. They think that their business is very different, or too complex. Or that it would be too hard to work with remote staff.

Don’t worry, we are not going to try to ‘sell’ you a VA if you or your business are not a good fit for this type of service! We are not in the business of creating unhappy customers.
