How much do E-Precision services cost?

E-Precision provides dedicated telemarketing agents at a flat hourly rate. Please request a free consultation to get a price quote. We have no setup charges and offer service packages as small as 80-hours (two weeks) with a single caller.

What are the working Hours?

E-Precision has the right candidate to work around your set schedule. Your Virtual Assistant will typically work a 40 week (however overtime can be arranged for if needed). A basic schedule might be from 8 am to 5 pm EST with a 1-hour lunch break.

For larger jobs or those in need of 24-hour support, we can arrange for the right number of reps to fit your needs. We are not currently taking on part-time (under 40-hours/week/telemarketer) campaigns.

E-Precision is an equal opportunity employer and we comply with all labor codes, payroll taxes for our employees, Your organization doesn’t have to worry about anything except the hourly contract rate. All billing is done on a bi-weekly basis.

What is the skill level of the agents?

E-Precision will hire the best agents to fit your campaign or project.

We have a large pool of college educated applicants available. After we have selected several potential applicants, our clients have the option to do individual phone screenings to choose an agent, or leave the selection process completely up to E-Precision. We are one of the worlds leading call centers and telemarketing companies. We only hire telemarketers and customer support assistants who are right for the job. All of the applicants we screen will have the following basic skills:

  • Fluent English language skills, neutral accent
  • Proficient on the Internet, email, CRM, and Windows, Mac Osx applications, Salesforce and other CRM programs

How is the call quality?

Eprecision uses fibre lines and state-of-the-art VoIP telephone systems that have excellent sound quality Our phone systems fully integrate into your CRM or existing phone lines making calls seamless.

Your always welcome to listen in to calls and try the service before you sign up on an agreement.

How long does it take to setup our campaign?

Our typical campaign set up time is 2-3 business days, although it can be slightly longer depending on the needs of the campaign.

Our centers can upscale your campaign on the fly to several hundred workers in a day.

Our agreement is a short online. e-signature document. After the agreement is in place E-Precision will have our campaign managers will take it from there and collaborate with you step by step to establish your campaign.

We’ll need to get your list and a script if applicable or we will help you develop an effective one.

Our Management trainers will go over each step of the campaign and over video and or phone will ensure that you are completely comfortable and satisfied with the campaign process.

On this call, we’ll have you screen several available agents and choose the agents who will be working on your campaign. (optional) We do the rest of the day in un-billed training and can start calling the next day.

Will E-Precision use my script?

You as our valued customer will have the option to provide us with your script or use our pre-made ones for your campaign.

While most clients who are new to using outsourced voice agents often want the agent to be “conversational” with the script and process, this is usually not the best idea.

Having a concrete, repeatable process means you can easily scale, and that you will have much more consistent results. Scripts should be crafted to quickly get the proposition out there and then in an “if, then” format.

Rebuttals for common objections should be scripted as well, and additional common objections can be worked into the script as the account is running. While getting an agent that can get off script and effect a casual, friendly manner with prospects would be ideal in some situations it is simply not scalable and defeats the purpose of outsourcing.

What kind of CRM does E-Precision use?

Eprecision uses several CRM systems. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, Copper, and customized solutions. No matter what CRM your company uses Eprecision can train our staff on it and fully integrate our services to support your CRM in 1-5 business days.
